Topic - "Brain Development and Positive Parenting Tips for Ages 1 to 6"
The Mind Body Foundation conducted a workshop at Vanshi Manthan Vidyashram, Chennai for parents of preschoolers on 15th June 2019. The intention behind the workshop was to emphasize the importance of nurture and its role in development. The content included Brain Development of ages 1 to 6 by explaining the science behind the developing brain. Alongside, Positive parenting tips and their effectiveness for ages 1 to 6 were also covered.

It was my pleasure to address and interact with the PG students at Women's Christian College, Chennai and DG Vaishnav College, Chennai on one of the most pressing issues in today's world - 'The Impact of Social Media on Mental Health'.
Sociorama was the PR Campaign by the PG students of the Department of Journalism & Communication, DG Vaishnav College, Chennai which aimed at spreading awareness on ‘Social Media Insecurities faced through social media trends’.
